Senior Academic HR Analyst
Position Information
Position Information Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years' human resources or related experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Access and other databases.
- Proficiency in Ellucian Banner, or other HRIS systems.
- Experience querying data generating reports, and analyzing data from HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Master's degree.
- Human resources experience in higher education.
- Experience in labor relations and contract administration.
- Experience in employee recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
