Join Hart Precision Machining
For over 60 years, we’ve delivered high‑quality, tight‑tolerance parts for aerospace, automotive, agricultural, and other demanding markets. Reliability, precision, and pride in workmanship define our culture.
Role focus- Operate and support 5‑axis milling operations.
- Execute waterjet deburring for clean, consistent finishes.
- Perform leak testing to validate parts before shipment.
- Contribute to production of components such as transmission housings and other precision assemblies.
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work.
- Accountable—takes ownership of machine, workstation, and results.
- Quality‑driven with strong attention to detail.
- Curious and eager to learn new processes.
- Proactive problem‑solver who steps up when needed.
No experience required. We will train motivated candidates on 5‑axis milling, waterjet deburr, and leak testing procedures in our stable, experienced shop.
Compensation & benefits- Starting pay: $18–$25 per hour + overtime opportunities
- After 60 days: 401K, healthcare, PTO, dental, and vision
