Career advancement opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach
Meet with business owners to understand their operations and insurance needs
Present commercial insurance solutions and coverage recommendations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Follow up on leads and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales process
Collaborate with agency team members to deliver exceptional client experiences QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
Sales, business development, insurance, or customer-facing experience preferred
Commercial insurance experience is a plus but not required
Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
