New Construction Sales Representative - Overhead Door & Dock Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new construction leads through builders, general contractors, and property managers

• Conduct job site visits and pre-bid walkthroughs

• Prepare quotes, submittals, and proposals for overhead doors, dock equipment, and entrance systems

• Manage awarded projects

• Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups with prospects

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B or construction sales (preferred)

• Knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers, or related commercial products is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to read Blueprints

• Able to obtain field measurements

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools
