$90,000 – $100,000 annually

We are hiring for one of our trusted clients seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant with manufacturing industry experience to support finance operations and drive accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, supporting month-end close processes, analyzing business performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, ACH payments, and related ERP transactions
• Enter customer payments, manage collections, issue credits, and distribute invoices
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage online banking activities
• Record depreciation, track asset additions/disposals, and support inventory accounting
• Prepare financial statements, maintain audit schedules, and support month-end/year-end close
• Conduct financial analysis and assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Support tax reporting and compliance activities with external partners
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting and operational support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of:
• General ledger accounting
• Financial statement preparation
• Cost accounting and manufacturing processes
• ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• CPA or CMA preferred
