Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Support the successful transition of new products from design to full-scale manufacturing.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline
• Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and production equipment
• Experience with data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, VBA) for data analysis or automation scripting
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or proven experience leading complex manufacturing projects
