Automotive Account Manager ADAS, Simulation, & Digital Twin $125,000 Base + Commission (Up to $250,000 OTE) | Global Automotive Tech Innovator
About the Role:
My client is a leading force in digital twin modeling and advanced mapping for the automotive and mobility space. Their technology is currently powering next-generation driver assistance features across a major North American OEM, supporting over 600,000 customers and tied to over $200 million per year in subscriber/service revenue. With a central role in software-driven revenue streams exceeding $4 billion in deferred bookings, they are expanding rapidly into new vehicle platforms and broader digital twin applications (including public sector, utilities, and construction).
They are seeking an accomplished Automotive Account Manager to accelerate growth across premier OEMs, mobility tech, and simulation providers in both the U.S. and Europe.

The Opportunity:
- Lead account growth with top automakers, mapping and simulation technology leaders, and Silicon Valley mobility innovators.
- Manage complex technical sales cycles prospect, present, close and support, including contract/variance analysis and all commercial negotiation.
- Bridge technical capabilities (AI, ML, ADAS, simulation, mapping) with practical client partnership and problem-solving.
- Take responsibility for pricing, quoting, and real business outcomes Excel expertise, hands-on trade show/event support, and client-facing initiative are essential.
- Opportunity to build a European presence, especially for candidates with German language or DACH/Euro OEM experience.
Skills & Background Sought:
- Demonstrated experience in ADAS, automotive simulation, HD mapping, or digital twin solutions especially with AI/data-driven products.
- Technical background: computer science, data science, or engineering credentials preferred.
- Proven account management or sales success in automotive or mobility technology (large deal/enterprise focus, ideally $10M+).
- Fluency in commercial math/pricing, confident in Excel, and contract detail. This is a metrics/results-driven environment.
- Entrepreneurial, personable, and hands-on adept at navigating smaller, agile teams with direct revenue accountability.
Compensation & Requirements:
- $125,000 base + up to $125,000 commission (1% invoiced sales, capped at base)
- Phone allowance
- Commission is paid based on invoiced business, tied to individual and company performance thresholds, with top earners hitting target
