Forklift Operator
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, and organize product efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, or hi-lo forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Move product throughout the warehouse and stage materials for shipment
- Scan and track inventory using RF scanners
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime as needed
