We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing restaurant operations and leading teams of 25 or more staff members. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization and grow your career in hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including conducting performance evaluations and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs while maintaining labor cost goals.
- Lead by example and maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply and food orders, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage financial aspects including cash handling, daily reconciliation, labor, and food cost control.
- Collaborate with ownership and upper management to achieve performance goals and implement operational improvements.
- Follow company directives and foster an environment of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a high-volume environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish .
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during peak hours and in difficult situations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory tracking, and scheduling software.
- A dynamic and professional work environment
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
- Lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Use commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, knives, and mixers safely.
- Work in a hot, fast-paced environment under high service pressure.
- Perform repetitive motions and frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting.
