Business Development Manager

InDepth Engineering Solutions is an engineering consulting firm providing high -quality design, analysis (CAE), validation, and staffing support across industries including Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, and Theme Park. We partner with OEMs, Tier -1 suppliers, and technology companies to deliver scalable and technically robust engineering solutions.

Position Summary <\/span><\/b>
<\/h2>
We are seeking a results -driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across our core engineering service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, a consultative sales mindset, and experience selling engineering services or technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/b>
<\/h2> Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, Theme Park, and related sectors
<\/p><\/li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier -1 suppliers, and engineering leaders
<\/p><\/li>
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets
<\/p><\/li>
Lead client meetings, capability presentations, and proposal discussions
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and competitive proposals
<\/p><\/li>
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting â qualification â proposal â negotiation â closure
<\/p><\/li>
Track pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools
<\/p><\/li>
Represent InDepth at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements <\/h3>
Qualifications & Experience <\/span><\/b>
<\/h2>5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering consulting sales
<\/p><\/li>
Strong network within one or more of the following sectors: Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, or Theme Park
<\/p><\/li>
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
<\/p><\/li>
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship -building skills
<\/p><\/li>
Self -motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Preferred Experience <\/span><\/b>
<\/h2> Experience selling CAE, design engineering, validation, or staffing services
<\/p><\/li>
Existing relationships with OEMs and Tier -1 suppliers
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with long sales cycles and program -based engineering engagements
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
