Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Program, configure, and debug Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automated production lines and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation hardware and software.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB) and machine vision systems.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize automated control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex automation hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards, regulations, and best practices for automation systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency with machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration and data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
