Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Design, develop, and scale up new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Support equipment selection, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with advanced process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a higher Lean Six Sigma belt (e.g., Master Black Belt).
• Familiarity with industrial automation, SCADA systems, or IoT applications.
