Responsibilities and Expectations:
Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential (and light commercial) heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.
Deliver an exceptional, high-quality experience to every customer, maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Comfortably and effectively troubleshoot and repair forced air furnaces.
Clearly understand and communicate the benefits and value of preventative maintenance agreements and company options to customers.
Utilize technology onsite to process customer data and service information efficiently.
Provide assistance and feedback for training Apprentice Service Technicians as needed.
Requirements:
3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience is required.
EPA Universal Certification is required
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and communicate clearly with both residential and commercial customers and coworkers.
Comfortable working from a 12' step ladder.
Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
EPA Universal Certification is required
NATE certification is a plus
Experience with residential boilers is a strong plus.
Must be tech savvy - Service Titan experience is a plus
What Can We Do for You?
Earn $37 - $47 per hour plus commission with OTE of $70,000-$100,000

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $37.00 - $47.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
