Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement robust material planning and forecasting strategies.
• Oversee material procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply.
• Drive continuous improvement in material flow, storage, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Utilize and optimize MRP/ERP systems for accurate material planning and control.
• Lead and mentor the materials planning and inventory control team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, JIT, and inventory optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective forecasting, demand planning, and supplier management processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP)
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
• Prior involvement in ERP/MRP system implementation or major upgrades
