Industrial Maintenance Technician - Benton Harbor, MI

1st Shift M-F

$25-$34 per hour

Job Description

Seeking a skilled and knowledgeable multi-craft maintenance technician to add to our growing team. This role will involve servicing and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems and equipment within a food manufacturing environment. Controls experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all industrial equipment within the facility.
• Assist the maintenance manager with the installation of preventive maintenance systems.
• Ensure conveyor systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, focusing on 3-phase motors.
• Perform electrical work up to 480 volts.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience within a food manufacturing facility.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC/Controls troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical work up to 480 volts.
• Experience with 3-phase motors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Blue cross blue shield, dental, vision, 401k matching, life, very good single benefits. A little more expensive full family benefits but not bad.
