The Kara Ruehs Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to join our Farmers Insurance team. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, or sales, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a successful career in insurance.

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships

• Meet individual sales goals while providing outstanding customer service

• Keep organized records using our CRM system

• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training

• Like talking with people and building relationships

• Enjoy helping others solve problems

• One year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, insurance, or another customer-facing role is preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized and dependable

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
