Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operators and Material Handlers. Production Operators will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of engines, while Material Handlers will operate forklifts and other equipment in a fast-paced warehousing and shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble engines for General Motors Lansing Delta Township.
• Perform leak tests and apply coolant to engine components.
• Operate fork trucks, tuggers, and cherry pickers to move engines.
• Manage shipping and logistics of engines to Lansing Delta Township.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of experience with machine operation or forklift/hi-lo operation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must own steel toe shoes or boots.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly and general labor tasks.
• Familiarity with machine operation and general production processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.25/hr.
