Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire value stream to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and lead times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, planning, engineering, quality, supply chain) to achieve value stream goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor value stream team members, fostering a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to support value stream operations and projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the value stream.
• Facilitate value stream mapping sessions and implement action plans based on findings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflow and reduce lead times.
• Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and bottleneck analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• - Proven track record of successful cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, AI, IoT).
• - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives.
• - Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools for performance monitoring and forecasting.
