Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transitions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and/or process simulation software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with industrial automation or control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
• Familiarity with process simulation software
