Dispatching/Office Clerical Details:

• Temporary position
• $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Driver check-in with staggered start-times
• Review driver frequencies from previous shift
• Ability to pivot and change plans quickly to cover driver call-offs
• Attention to detail to make sure all routes are covered timely
• Taking calls from drivers during shift for equipment and incidental issues

Dispatching/Office Clerical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-month experience in a Dispatcher role or similar fast-paced operational support position.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have ability to sit for extend periods and occasionally stand, walk, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to work for each assigned shift
