Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Manage the plant's P&L, budget, and capital expenditure to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality systems, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across the facility.
• Optimize supply chain processes and inventory management to reduce costs and improve delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing organization.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing or leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI)
• Demonstrated success in international supply chain management or global market expansion
• Fluency in a second language relevant to key international markets or employee demographics
