Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an accounts receivable specialist you will be responsible for accurately processing payments on customer accounts, verifying deposit information and researching discrepancies. This is a 100% in office position located in Wyoming, MN.

Responsibilities may include:

• Data processing - Accurately record and post customer payments in a database – Checks, ACH’s, Credit Cards, NSF’s
• Mail processing - open mail, track change of addresses, look up customer accounts
• Pleasantly communicate with customers (internal and external) addressing questions on accounts as needed
• Cohesively work with coworkers to complete daily and ad hoc projects on a timely basis
• Review and process refund requests

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically excel
• At least 2 years of related experience in Accounts Receivable
