Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Prepare and review validation documentation, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and summary reports.
• Identify and assess potential risks to product quality and process integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation deviations and non-conformances.
• Maintain validation master plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance) on validation activities.
• Participate in change control processes and assess the impact of changes on validated systems.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing validation-related information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and their execution in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and report writing.
• Experience with change control processes and deviation investigations.
• Familiarity with relevant equipment and process technologies within the specific manufacturing sector.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar regulatory standards.
• - Certification in a relevant field (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt).
• - Experience with automated testing frameworks.
