- 4-8 shifts per month with ongoing availability
- Shift options: 7p-7a, 6a-2p, 1p-9p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p
- Approximately 20,000 visits per year
- Inpatient practice setting
- 24-hour anesthesia, general surgery, lab, OR, radiology support
- Newborn deliveries received in ED with L&D on site
- Admissions not required — hospitalists handle
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, AHA certifications required
