What’s a typical day as Treasury Analyst? You’ll be:
- Responding to and resolving requests from Treasury Management customers across various global markets.
- Implementing changes to Treasury Management products through thorough analysis and coordination.
- Providing basic customer product training and recognizing red flags related to fraud.
- Utilizing various internal applications for research and information, supporting call queues.
- Contributing to revenue through cross and up-selling opportunities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial services.
- Possess 3 years of customer service experience within the industry
- Treasury Management products and services.
- Knowledge of treasury documentation and related compliance requirements
- Processing domestic and international wire transfers
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Hogan DDA (preferred not required) and account analysis systems.
