Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (client might be open to negotiate hourly wage based on experience)
Length: 6 months (great opportunity for contract extension)

What’s a typical day as Treasury Analyst? You’ll be:

• Responding to and resolving requests from Treasury Management customers across various global markets.
• Implementing changes to Treasury Management products through thorough analysis and coordination.
• Providing basic customer product training and recognizing red flags related to fraud.
• Utilizing various internal applications for research and information, supporting call queues.
• Contributing to revenue through cross and up-selling opportunities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial services.
• Possess 3 years of customer service experience within the industry
• Treasury Management products and services.
• Knowledge of treasury documentation and related compliance requirements
• Processing domestic and international wire transfers
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Hogan DDA (preferred not required) and account analysis systems.
