About This Opportunity:

Stratus Behavioral Health is building a network of licensed clinical professionals to deliver government-funded mental health services across Oakland County. We are currently seeking qualified clinicians to join our provider network serving two distinct populations:

Children & Adolescents — Ages 0–21 with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) Adults with Serious Mental Illness — outpatient mental health services

This is an independent contractor opportunity — not a traditional employment position. You maintain full clinical independence and control over your practice while gaining access to a steady stream of government-funded client referrals through Stratus's contracted provider network.

Services Needed:

— Individual, family, and group outpatient therapy — Psychiatric evaluations and medication management — Case management and targeted supports coordination — Home-based mental health services — Wraparound and intensive care coordination — ICCW — Peer support services — Crisis intervention — Nursing assessments and medication services

Minimum Qualifications:

— Active Michigan license in good standing — LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, RN, MD, DO, NP — Minimum 1 year of clinical experience serving children with SED and/or adults with serious mental illness — Medicaid enrolled or willing to enroll in Michigan CHAMPS — Ability to provide in-person services in Oakland County — minimum quarterly in-person contact required — Telehealth availability preferred — Experience with OCHN or community mental health systems a plus — CARF or Joint Commission accreditation at the practice level preferred but not required for individual clinicians
