Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
• Manage and optimize cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with manufacturing operations to analyze production costs, efficiencies, and profitability.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools.
• Proven ability to lead financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or selection in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with multi-currency operations and international financial consolidations.
