Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing creative leadership and strategy to support our lab operations and “Think Cycle” idea exploration stage-gate objectives
  • Collaborating with Business Innovation Specialists and UX Researchers to create compelling creative concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate and envision ideas and service concepts for fusion teams and the Firm Innovation Steering Committee (FISC)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the lab's creative assets (templates, storyboards, graphics, videos, etc.) and communications that maintain brand standards while continuing to strengthen the firm's culture of collaboration and innovation #lablife
  • Championing service design within the fusion teams and developing designs based on the staff and client experience targets revealed through our UX research findings
  • Supporting UX research activities and workshops (ex. usability testing cycles) in partnership with UX Researchers, and using qualitative and quantitative data to ensure our designs deliver on the desired outcomes

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in design (with a concentration in service design), human-computer interaction, graphic design, or related field of study - (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of creative, service design experience with a clear understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  • Ability to synthesize UX research findings into abstract concepts and iterate on those concepts until concrete designs are realized
  • Ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams and deliver creative concepts and visual elements that effectively communicate and envision concepts and services
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud suite and prototyping software
  • This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

$6,125.00 to $9,208.33 We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
