About the Role

We’re looking for a Level 2 Technician who loves diving into challenges head-first, finding answers, and making technology work the way it should. You’ll work directly with clients — in person, over email, and through tickets — while supporting your teammates and ensuring every interaction reflects our white-glove standard. This role blends technical skill, clear communication, and initiative. You’ll get hands-on with deployments, troubleshooting, and configuration across Microsoft-based environments while continuing to grow toward a Level-3 Engineer path.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Help oversee the service board by fielding incoming requests through phone, email, and ticket submissions. Keep communication flowing between clients and technicians to ensure every issue is handled quickly and professionally.
• Deploy and configure new workstations and user setups.
• Support networking equipment, printers, and on-site connectivity.
• Manage accounts and devices through Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network performance.
• Collaborate with teammates on escalations or cross-client technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed and client-friendly ticket documentation.
• Participate in client visits for project support, setups, or troubleshooting.
• Uphold Intuitive’s high standards of communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Familiarity with RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate, ScreenConnect, or similar.
• Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, and device deployments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and professionalism in client interactions.
• A mindset of ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
• No certifications required — experience and attitude matter most.
