Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This floater position involves assembling rack holders and assisting in various areas as needed. It is an excellent entry-level opportunity to explore different areas and potentially transition into machine operating roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble rack holders with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in different areas when team members are unavailable.
• Contribute to production, assembly, and general labor tasks.
• Operate forklifts and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Engage in mechanical tasks, including painting and powder coating.
• Participate in racking and sprayer operations as required.

Work Environment

The work environment is well-lit and not temperature controlled. While parts may become greasy, the floors are kept clean.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
