Automotive Dealership Accounts Payable/AP Clerk
Pay: $15 –
$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 38–45 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk – Payables to
support our Accounting Team. This position is ideal for someone with one to two
years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general office
accounting. You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing
payment schedules, maintaining records, and supporting the team with various
day-to-day accounting tasks.
Key
Responsibilities
- Process and
post vendor invoices with accuracy - Match
purchase orders, packing slips, and approvals - Handle
payment runs and vendor check processing - Research and
resolve invoice discrepancies - Maintain
digital and physical records - Help with
deposits, fuel log reports, and reconciliations - Assist with
month-end closing tasks - Support the
accounting team with special projects
Requirements
Qualifications
- One to two
years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar role - Dealership
experience preferred but not required - Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software - High
attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Comfortable
working independently and with a team - High school
diploma or GED required; accounting coursework or associate’s degree a plus
