Sigma HomeCare is actively seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Home Health Aides for a daytime client in Northville, MI.

This position offers a consistent 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, 2–3 days per week , making it a great opportunity for caregivers looking for longer shifts, reliable hours, and the chance to build a meaningful relationship with a client.

Available Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2–3 days per week
• Consistent daytime hours

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.40 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
• Help with mobility and safety supervision
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed
• Document care and client updates

Caregiver Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
