Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Sterling Heights, MI. This role involves working with high school students to provide specialized speech and language support within a contract position for the complete school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan State license for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
