Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee workforce management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling of production staff.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and material flow.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including staff development and performance management.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, or Industry 4.0 principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
