Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Assistant to support our Account Manager with day-to-day sales and client-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to start a career in sales, business development, or the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager with preparing and managing price quotes and proposals
• Handle customer communications via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Support day-to-day account activities related to client needs, follow-ups, and order processing
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, customer interactions, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and order fulfillment
• Learn and assist with basic IT products and solutions offered by the company

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Associate Degree (Business, IT, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets; CRM experience is a plus)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of IT/computing products is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
