We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, taking minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Manage projects and deadlines as assigned by executives.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
