We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, taking minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage projects and deadlines as assigned by executives.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Liaise with departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
