Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday one week per month
