OTR Company Driver Overview
- Strong annual earnings. Drivers average $85,000 per year, or about $1,635 per week, running consistent OTR miles*.
- Mileage that keeps checks strong. Average 2,800 miles per week earning competitive base CPM, with an annual $0.01 CPM raise up to $0.65 CPM *.
- Driver-friendly freight. Run 100% no-touch freight so you can stay focused on the road.
- OTR schedule with meaningful resets. Typically run 3 weeks out with 3 days home to recharge before the next run.
- Modern equipment built for the road. Drive trucks less than three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators for comfort and efficiency.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1+ years OTR experience within the last 3 years
- At least 22 years of age
