Mechanical Engineer – Industrial HVAC & Mechanical Systems
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- At least one relevant internship, co-op, or professional experience involving mechanical systems, HVAC, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Experience using Creo, SolidWorks, or other 3D CAD modeling software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities for design meetings, equipment installation support, and commissioning activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial HVAC systems, mechanical utilities, or facility infrastructure.
- Exposure to chilled water, hot water, compressed air, steam, refrigeration, gas, process utilities, or building mechanical systems.
- Internship, co-op, or work experience within manufacturing, consulting engineering, mechanical contracting, or industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with fire protection, plumbing systems, or PLC-controlled mechanical systems is a plus.
- Experience supporting industrial, laboratory, automotive, aerospace, chemical, energy, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
