**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will perform both MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials. You will receive pre-formed and cut materials to meet specific requirements and will be responsible for welding them. The role requires the ability to work from blueprints and to fit up jobs, supporting the manufacturing of customer contracts, mounting plates, steel spokes, automation equipment, and more. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel. + Work from blueprints and fit up jobs as required. + Support the manufacturing of various components such as mounting plates and steel spokes. + Collaborate on the fabrication of automation equipment and other customer contracts. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel. + Ability to read and work from blueprints. + Experience with GTAW and sheet metal. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a fabrication environment is beneficial. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity to cross-train in different stages of fabrication in a flexible and supportive environment. Work in a 55,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication facility that serves industries such as medical equipment and heavy machinery manufacturing. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and weld helmets. The current shift runs from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 5:00 am to 9:00 am on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
