Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations on a wide range of manufacturing instrumentation and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust precision measuring equipment and process control instruments.
• Document calibration results, maintain accurate records, and update calibration databases and systems.
• Interpret and apply technical specifications, schematics, and calibration procedures.
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards, ISO guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage calibration standards and test equipment, ensuring their accuracy and proper functioning.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment readiness and process reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training/certifications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing calibration and maintenance of test equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and metrological traceability.
• Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and calibrating a diverse range of electrical, mechanical, dimensional, pressure, and temperature measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMMs, vision systems).
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for calibration laboratories.
• Proficiency with calibration management software (e.g., IndySoft, GageTrack).
• Ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments on test equipment.
