Looking for a rewarding caregiving role that fits your schedule ? We are hiring compassionate caregivers for flexible 4-hour shifts in Howell, MI . These roles are perfect for early risers, afternoon helpers, or night owls who want steady work while making a difference in seniors lives. Available Shifts:
- 6 AM 10 AM (Start your day with purpose)
- 2 PM 6 PM (Support during the busiest time of day)
- 10 PM 2 AM (Be a dependable night helper)
Flexible scheduling with steady 4-hour blocks
Competitive pay
Health benefits after 90 days (for eligible employees with 32 or more hours)
Dental & vision may be available after 30 days
Paid training no prior experience required if you bring compassion and reliability

- Assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety
- Communicate effectively with office staff
- Compassionate, reliable, and positive individuals
- Availability for one or more of the listed shifts
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required we provide training
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
