Warehouse Associate
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Taylor, MI & St. Clair Shores, MI
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.00 Hourly
- Accurately process requisitions, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Pick, stage, wrap, palletize, and load products for shipment.
- Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
- Complete approximately 90 days of training on 1st shift.
- 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8+ hour shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
