Scheduler

HomeSpec has been Michigan’s trusted leader in waterproofing and foundation repair for over 30 years. We’re looking for a highly organized, personable Scheduler to join our growing team in Westland!

In this role, you’ll coordinate projects from sale to installation, manage crew schedules, and ensure every customer receives the outstanding service HomeSpec is known for. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and manage projects through Salesforce i360 from sale to completion
• Collaborate with sales managers and production managers to meet weekly installation goals
• Identify potential roadblocks or barriers and work with the production team to find effective solutions
• Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate change orders, design revisions, or unforeseen delays.
• Communicate with customers through Podium and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Review and close projects accurately using daily and weekly reports
• Support the team by maintaining clear documentation and ensuring all required paperwork is complete

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, logistics, or administrative support (construction or service industry preferred).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

· Computer literate; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

· Customer service mindset - personable, assertive, and professional under pressure.
