Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist at a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, MI, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to document patient care electronically and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and restorative nursing protocols.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Typical weekly hours: 35.
