Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure optimal uptime and reliability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance within maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations and teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with budget management, spare parts inventory, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Experience managing capital improvement projects and facility expansions.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
