Demonstrated ability to assess manufacturing impacts of electrical, software, or product changes and translate them into executable plant-level solutions.

Experience supporting launches, plant builds, production implementation, or manufacturing readiness activities.

Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and program teams without direct authority.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
