What you will be doing
The Care Assistant plays a vital role in providing direct care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. This position requires a warm and approachable individual with strong hospitality and customer service skills, as well as a genuine commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life. A successful Care Assistant demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
In this role, the Care Assistant assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene. Responsibilities also include monitoring and documenting residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly reporting changes to managers or medication leads. The Care Assistant ensures that individualized care plans are followed and updated as needed while maintaining effective, respectful communication with residents, team members, and families.

About You
Must be 18 years of age or older
Completion of mandatory in-service training, both online and in-person, as required
