Kitch Attorneys & Counselors is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team, working directly on a fast-paced litigation docket.

This is a hands-on role designed for attorneys who want to accelerate or continue their development as litigators - not sit on the sidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a litigation docket involving auto no-fault (PIP), bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, case evaluations, and facilitations
• Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with team leads

What We’re Looking For

• Considering all levels of experience (no-fault experience is a plus, but not required)
• Licensed to practice in Michigan
• Strong xrczosw writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Proactive, organized, and responsive
• Interest in developing into a confident, independent litigator (or improving upon your achievements)
