The Nurse Practitioner / Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive inpatient management to neonates, including critically ill and premature infants, within a Level III NICU framework.

- Engaging in collaborative care planning and management in close partnership with on-staff Neonatologists.
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinating care with nursing staff and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilizing Epic EMR for precise and timely documentation of patient data.
- Providing education and counseling to families regarding neonatal conditions and treatment protocols.
- Adapting to a flexible work schedule, including 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shift patterns.

- Successful completion of an accredited NNP program (indicate in the "Additional Submission Details").
- Active Michigan state license.

- Availability to work diverse 24-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic.
- Willingness to undergo a 3–4 month credentialing process.
- Clean malpractice history and active license history.
- Submission of a recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days of application).
**Certification and Licensure Requirements:**
- BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- Must meet the Michigan state licensure criteria.
- Completion of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner training and eligibility for hospital credentialing are essential.
- Strong emphasis on EMR proficiency, particularly with Epic.
